You might be right. If you got the number from MS, I would say you are right.

Nevertheless, my logic still applies. However, I would reduce the price being paid by a takeover company by about half of the original 200 million. Why? Because the first number of 200 million was being very generous and the actual cost to set up and compete with FNTN would be far below 100 million. Do you think Fidelity, ML or any of the other "big boys" would be willing to compete in a market that proves it is viable? Proven at the expense of someone else! I think so!

And yes, within 48 hours of being listed on the NASDAQ, I do expect to see all of the 144's, currently on file with the SEC, activated. In fact, I expect to see additional 144's filed. I see the filing of these as "priming the pump". In case someone does not know, you never drink the water used to prime the pump.

Once again, these are just the opinions of an old Iowa farm boy who may not know hog sh#* brown from Wall Street green.
