I'm glad that you know your limitations in "one area", Ali ... the problem
is you don't recognize your limitations in other areas (design, ...).
Once again ... a CPU will have a speed path that limits the chip, this
path will be affected by FET drive currents. To first order, the
faster the FET's switch, the faster the chip runs ... it's that simple.
Process plays a very big part in CPU speed.
