Occasionally we start at 250 (small penis, small frame etc) but usually use 500. About 1/2 go up to 1000.
I think the 125 is of little value but could be in other countries.
I think it is important to show the patient a reasonable erection in the office. You would be surprised how pleased most of the patients are when they see concrete results. (I couldn't resist it).
