Thanks for your thoughts. You're absolutely right. I was blinded by the reasonable PE compared to the forecasted growth rate; and by the idea that this stock was being treated like the companies that own practices; and that when the market discovered that ADVH is different, then it would get the proper valuation.

Unfortunately I didn't factor in incompetence by management.
