News on ARXA and CLWK: ARXA will have news tomorrow morning (for sure) concerning asset sale ($840,000 oil well sale. . . proceeds will finance reworkings of offshore wells).

CLWK: here's an update:

CLWK update. Sorry for being so quiet of late. . just got back from a fishing trip to the
Black Hills.
Today I spoke with CEO Mike McClere. A terrific fellow, really seems to know his
stuff. First of all, we'll see finalization of one of the previously announced acquisitions.
This should come in a day or so. Unannounced acquisitions are also on track, so news
isn't too far off in the future. SEC form 10 should be filed within 30 days, CLWK has
hired an SEC attorney.
Stock weakness has been the continued work of a hostile seller. Very frustrating for
those of us in at higher levels, but currently a great buying opportunity.
Here's the good stuff: CEO verified that $25 million revenue target is very conservative.
We most likely will blow that out. And this year we should see about 8% profit margin,
so net income could be quite hefty! Share dilution is minimal due to earn-out terms of
acquisitions. In future years, profits should be 12-15% of revenues, even better. And
with revenues constantly improving. . .
Clearworks is currently in negotiations to provide "smartwiring" to many new housing
developments in the Houston, Texas area. Smartwiring consists of bundling phone
service (including long distance), cable TV, and internet access into one package.
Customers would pay 50% less for this service than for paying each bill separately. And
CLWK is just about set to begin installing their wiring into an initial 10,000 homes (once
financing is finalized). Each home should bring in $1,500 revenue per year. . . a
whoppping 15 million in revenues for this initial program alone. CLWK expects to be
able to garner $100 million in revenues in the Houston area alone, in the not so distant
future. And once they capitalize on the housing boom in Houston. . . they'll look to
expand their operations nationwide. They have no current competitor in the smartwiring
business.
Stock price is set to begin its uptrend . . once this news starts becoming known,
investors will realize how undervalued CLWK currently is.
