Jim, they are correct, the outstanding number is 16 mill approx. with about 5 mill of that being investment or restricted shares. Of the remaining 11 mill shares in the float many are tightly held.

Investment groups, institutions, IB's, and individuals might reduce the effective available float down to 7-8 mill ?? (guessing). I like the fact that management or principals in the company hold 30+ % ?? guessing.

I understand your point concerning the total shares. Keep in mind that
a good percentage of every client ie broker/dealer likely will take some sort of position in the stock. I always liked Peter Lynch's philosophy of investing in what you know about.

Some of these guesses will be known soon when the financials are filed.

Can't argue with your point however.

Jim, You can say that again for FNTN being a good parking spot. I sold CREAF (creative tech) at 20.00 to get into FNTN. Creative Tech is now at 11 and some change. I sold Madgf at 7 1/2 to get into FNTN and Madgf is now at 4 3/4.
