Hi Richard,

Re: "...."pilot" that the public is viewing now must be quite boring."

I've not been out to the well for over 2 weeks now but I'm sure that it will be shut in, with all test and service equipment rigged out and gone from the site. I doubt that they flowed the well for any more than about 6 - 7 days in total.

Re: "For Canada Day Apache officials should have the courtesy to let it flow at 50 MILLION cubic ft."

Yes, for Canada Day AND for Cooper!!

Re: "Lets hope that Meekwaps success does not provoke a tight hole situation also."

With all the rain last weekend, they were unable to perforate that well until Tuesday. That's why you couldn't smell the new oil from your balcony. The well was to be put on test production late Tues p.m., so by now they have a preliminary flow indication. They probably will not make any sort of PR unless the stock starts to run, or until they have a few days of consecutive test production to report on. I'm guessing that TKE will add ~300 boepd (net) with this well which would be material and require an announcement. It won't result in any tight hole status as there is no offset land play involved at Meekwap.

You may have noted that TSE:OXB a partner in the Meekwap unit moved up a bit on unusually high volume the last few days.

Re: "As you suggested, Apache should look in their own backyards before accusing anyone..........Telephone's can easily be tapped, wastepaper baskets containing critical information can be looked over. Cell phone conversations can be listened to etc.."

Yes, and Apache employees can talk too!!

Later,
