I'm just trying to keep my facts fresh and in line here, don't mind me: datamation.com

When Ganesan joined CheckFree in January 1997, his first task was to consolidate three datacenters into one, a process called the Genesis Systems Integration Project, which is still under way. To do that, he had to design a new computing architecture that would scale to support a potential market of one-third of U.S. households for CheckFree's PC-based banking and bill paying service. "If home banking suddenly takes off, no one's going to give me a year to go build scalable systems. I had to build the systems up front to make that happen," says Ganesan, 31, during a recent interview at the company's new headquarters on the banks of the Chattahoochee River in Norcross, Ga.

I'm a bit rusty, anyone have any idea how many 1/3 of the U.S. households is in terms of numbers as opposed to fractions?

Oh, we've completed phase two a couple weeks ago, correct? A bit ahead of schedule?
