Vanni, Well I bought a truckload of FPAM shares this week- I feel like Hannibal at the Battle of Cannae in 53B.C.-Let's just hope that those Carthiginian horsemen come out of hiding in time and surround the enemy like they did in real life. (In real life the Carthigininans surrounded the Roman Army in a brilliant strategy and annihilated the large Roman Army to a man. Subsequently Hannibal sent three bushel baskets full of wedding rings taken off of the dead Roman Legionnaires and Allies to the Gates of Rome)...

In any case do not forget what I mentioned about restructuring FPAM's debt load. It will be easier than people realize so long as FPAM has a decent cash flow, which they do. As noted our corporation followed the same tack twelve years ago and it worked well. I bet FPAM does the same....

Well sit back and drink a beer- Not much else we can do now but sit and wait and watch....Right now: "Im Westen, nichts neues" (All quiet on the Western Front).....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
