No, it has to do with supply and demand. I am still collecting my thoughts on this...so tune into the newsletter.

Personally I like the service and supply companies better than the drillers. Like I have said in the past, it doesn't matter what day rates are -- the rigs still need refurb, maintenance and "stuff" to drill wells.

My two faves that I don't own are VRC and RON. I want to own them, but just don't have room right now. I would have to sell FGII or EVI and can't bring myself to do that. I think both of these (VRC and RON) will be leaders on the way up. And they are both somewhat likely to be buy out candidates, IMO. FGII should buy VRC...now THAT would be a DEAL.
