Blash, I consider it somewhat of a drawback that in order to post on this thread you must post to a previous poster. While I did use some of your info in my response, and it was addressed to you, the post was in no way intended to be directed at you. Your post was just a culmination point from where I had seen several posts that seem to ignore the facts. It is important for each investor to evaluate the situation for himself and decide what his course of action should be. My comments should not be interpreted as directed at you specifically. If I had lost a single dollar on this stock I would pursue a lawsuit with vigor. As it is I have no grounds. I am so pissed off by what happened, that regardless I am going to ask some legal questions. The lead counsel on our board at BRT is the senior partner at his firm. I will consult him and see what he thinks. I don't see much support for such a move from the thread members here, but if it was my money lost my attitude would be one of outrage and retribution instead of just disbelief. djb
