Bud,

Their last report, the company reported on 37M shares. I don't think anyone really knew how much of that was floating. After the reverse, there should only be about 500K+. Give or take.

Even if you take the high side of what we think the authorized shares are, it should still have under 1M to trade. That should move the stock.
