Hi, Patrick-- Sorry it took so long to reply....guess we've been taken a little by surprise by the turn of events. Last count, there were ~9.3m shares outstanding, no word on the float. But I assume that Oilex management is keeping 51% or better of stock in its grip to avoid a takeover, so my guess is that the float is half the outstanding or less. Welcome to Oilex...I hope your investment goes well for you. A shallow well in this case. Cheers! Rick
