TEL is Tokyo Electron Ltd. I assume it's on the Tokyo Exchange.
They are the number one track system supplier. Also make plasma etchers and a whole lot of other equip. They are the Japanese
Applied Materials. In fact they are probably number 2 in semi-equip
sales worldwide.

I believe SVGI is roughly tied with DNS (Dianippon Screen) for the number 2 track supplier.
