Randall, <<Does this make sense?>> It sure does, but it's probably too late now. Done when the stock was $2+ would have been the ticket. The company has trouble fixing its ball mill, how can it afford the legal costs for warrant registration? Also, the dilution at this level would be troublesome. IMO the only hope is for them to cash flow their problems away, or get a Daddy Warbucks somewhere.

Randall,

The subject of warrants certainly makes sense. A lot of little guys can do more than a few larger ones. They will obviously need cash for operation and expansion. Beside that, GPGI seems to have few friends save a hardnosed crew who are present shareholders. After we have weathered the present storm, I expect the company to reward those who weathered this crap.

Warrants, or some combination of share/warrant package might serve them well.
