OK, I'm not about to get into another Bernie-type discussion! =:-) (BTW, I'm still waiting for those Michael Murphy attorneys to call me!) My only point (and I'm not going to "prove it") is that your sources are far from objective. Of course the Cato Institute is going to say the FDA is baddddddd. A more interesting question for the policy wonks on this thread is how Biotechs are responding to the FDA Modernization Act and how Dr. Henney will continue its implementation - but I'll leave this discussion to others.
