Patrick I dont understand why you are upset. I started my post with "I am confused". Obviously it wasnt clear to methat he did not give you the $20 voluntarily. Ratan, one of these days, you are going to realize that just because the guy you are speaking with is an immigrant does not mean he won't steal your wallet when your back is turned. Everyone's an immigrant on this earth. I was very clear on the fact that it did not matter who the person was. If he is the owner then you ar erigth in not doing biz with him (I said that in my post) and if it happened to me I would also let my friends know so they would be careful. I am the most careless person when it comes to handing out bills. I am also nearsighted and dont wear reading glasses. Many times I have calculated incorrectly and tried to return excess change only to have the merchant recalculate and find out he was right. So we basically agree on all points. And there is no need to be upset. ratan
