i'm always suspicious when technology professionals spend their time trying to convince non-technical people of their prowess by blowing out esoteric babble. it's a friggin bitstream bud, that's pretty much what technology is all about - but you probably haven't gotten that yet. every player has their own proprietary elements, otherwise there'd be just one provider. the standard is generally just a wrapper. so take your ten dollar buzzwords and try to impress your boss. gary jacobs
