It indicates that you want to do one of two things: 1) building something or 2) being helpful. Nevertheless, it doesn't really matter. What matters is that your potential "customers" don't want what you are intending to build. Being helpful: now, this is a concept that brings me a smile. I do not recall even one instance in your past posts that this is true... at least, not to the people to whom you exchange posts. No, this interpretation is highly unlikely.
