exactly, the "double top" is a bogus issue for a longer term investor.

but I believe we may just blow thru to a new high; volume has been increasing on big up days; for instance, avg volume is about 300k; yesterday, we pulled in about 600k shares.

as we make new highs I'd like at least 700k shares; 1m share would be terrific and a much more reliable confirmation.

nonetheless, I think yesterday was a NEW HIGH on a closing basis.
