I wonder how they plan to pay for the new website, if they were going to give a newsletter 100K shares for a write-up and distribution, then a website is surely worth 1M or 2M shares. Suggest this be a question for preferred. Before the flames start, try asking the question of Anna or Arif or Randy. Its a legitmate question since the company has a track record of issuing shares to pay for ongoing extraordinary expenses.
