Hi j and others,

Things are not supposed to be discussed at the AGM that have not been disseminated via the official news release route. In these days of cell phones, that would give the guys at the meeting too much of an edge over the great unwashed horde that has to work for a living.

I have been at meetings where news releases were handed out at the door (and I presume via faxes, e-mails, etc.) so that the company could legally discuss the issues in those releases.

If KRT was discussing material facts, pro or con, hopefully pro ;-), that haven't been officially released, then someones' butt could be in an exposed position :-)

Looking at the trades that Richard posted, almost all the action came after 12:00pm. Anyone know when the meeting wrapped up? . . . That shouldn't be a secret. ;-)

Looking forward to reading whatever Mike G. can tell us.

Still long on KRT. Best wishes to everyone.

George
