Ariela,

Flsh prices moving lower isn't new, it's an ongoing situation. Flash prices have been moving lower every year ('97 was a big drop from about $12 per Mbit to about $5 per Mbit).
M-Systems buys raw flash from several sources (mainly Toshiba), and than adds its unique software and also hardware. The company doesn't get hurt that much from declining prices of raw flash chips. It's business plan takes under consideration a major decline in prices over the coming years.

The important thing for FLSHF right now, is to get its OEM's rolling, and to a couple of large design wins. I believe we can get at leas one large design win (for set-top-boxes) by mid Q4. This will most definately help improve '99 results.
