Here's the reply that I received to my querry: Northrich Pacific remains suspended as noted in our Notice of January 23. The VSE will issue a Notice the day before trading is to be reinstated. I do not have a date as to when the review will be completed. Further, the Notice of January 23 states there are several issues under review not only director conduct. If a company changes the directors, it does not mean that the VSE will not continue its review on the remaining issues. Yours truly, Cathy Rublack Manager, President's Action Line
