Peepster, "Until anyone has proof of who is selling, think it would be most prudent to refrain from naming names." This is my position as well. Speculation is one thing, but finger pointing and blaming without proof can undeservedly pit DCI shareholders against each other. I know that efforts are being made to find out where these shares are coming from, so perhaps we will get some answers in the future. For the present we know that there is a buying opportunity in DCTC and I will be doing my best to participate. James
