Your comments are on the money.

You know, it's interesting, the Prez, the Democrats, the Republicans, the AG's, MO & BT, tobacco farmers, smokers, investors, insurance companies, health care, Wall Street, Main Street, me, you, and my dog Fido, all want a settlement. Had a perfectly good settlement, lost a perfectly good settlement. God bless America. If we had that June 97 settlement we'd have a $55-60 stock now.

I've got a hunch something will get done yet. Everybody wants to be a freaking hero for the fall elections. Lot's of pressure.

Let's keep our fingers crossed rational minds will prevail. I guess that's an oxymoron when applied to D.C.

Best of luck -
