Nanda: On CMND a few points. 1) They're advertising very heavily in Hartford market for employees (as is Keane) so its safe to assume they're generating business. I've heard the radio spots just about every week day. 2) I thought from last quarters conference call that this quarter's earnings would be flat with last quarter (did I mix this up with a different company?). Only means it may be third quarter before we see the earnings growth but this quarters conference call should provide guidance. Tim
