Dear Ariella,

historically, I've owned quite a number of israeli stocks and I can tell you how right you are when saying patience is needed with regard to FLSHF. I got in in June 1994 at 3, see where it now trades!?

Hopefully I understood after missing the sale of the century @17 that this stock was a good trading vehicle. Some institutionals also like it this way. I have made nice money only trading ranges like 3 - 4.5
or recently 4 - 8. It goes up and down with interesting regularity. And the lack of liquidity only exacerbates the volatility.

I could only urge you not to consider this as a safe investment. Set a target and get out. Then if you want get back in at a lower price. I'm out since 8.375 and now plan to get back in as the stock found a new base for a great number of weeks. You could see from my posts here after the MSFT deal that I somehow expected the retracement. From here it could jump any day, maybe not before December...but the move could be high.

Hope this helps.

Jerome
