Haim, perhaps we missed on purpose simply because we didn't want Sadam to gain any more international sympathy in his struggle against us bullies. A shot across the bow, if you will. As for interest rates, a hike today may be unlikely, but not necessarily a bad idea, so I agree with you. If not now, then the markets and the economy, particularly labor markets and consumer spending, need to cool off or AG will have to do something. When does the FOMC meet again after today? Bob
