generally, i will not average down unless, as you can see from my profile, if the company has good product or services...and i do not hype. the confirmation of german government...and DGIV products passed Russian government's test...those government which can do DD on any thing on earth trusted DGIV...pretty good endorsement for this little guy. just in case, even if all the hardware are no good...what is more important in the real world...CONTRACTS...that i know. again ref. to my own knowledge and experiences...i am a computer scientist in a government contractor company...you know, what we do when the government requires some hardware that we do not have...we go get the ones that work...it is the contract that give us the REVENUE. now, it is DGIV's turn...Mr. Chin...please prove to the public that all your claimed CONTRACTS are real...i guarantee you...theywill come and join us by a flock...and the shorters will stab each other on the back for the shares. it is your turn, DGIV...one more delay, you know, if public do not see numbers on signed CONTRACTS, your market cap will be really hurting. best regards, and love to all who are DGIVes. lert
