Just a thought... If the debenture holders were trying to run his co. in the ground, perhaps issuing new shares was the only way to keep it afloat. Of course, I could be wrong, but I do know that thier aren't 70 or 100 mil. shares now. How many shares were out there is a mute point at this time. If Skynet doesn't happen, that will really suck. But if it does....
R.A. said we'd be happy campers by the end of July, So, if I'm not happy then, so be it. But I'm still going to call in my certs to get my warrents. Who knows, They may be as good as gold a few years down the road.
But since I've heard one say that the deal was on, and another said the deal was off, I'll wait til I see it in print from USXP.
It's a gamble, but that's why we're here, right?

MN.

Message to ALL!! Please read!!

I have been pondering this and want to throw it into the kettle.

The company is now stating that there are approx. 1.5 million shares outstanding and we are also hearing that the class B shares are unaffected by the RS. So, If we say that previously there were 37 million shares outstanding but only 35.6 million were reversed leaving 1.2 million of the class B unreversed added to the 470k post-reversed class A shares this gives us a total outstanding tally of approx. 1.5 million shares.

OK, thats it, I need help on this!!!

TIA,

CB

Jim... if you had been reading all the posts, you might of seen that some people called back to SKYNET yesterday and they said that indeed they are in talks with PKGP about a buy out. I think the exact quote from one of the SKYNET head honchos was "The deal is real" ....

Please get your facts straight before you go around saying "ask
him why SKYNET is saying that there is NOT a chance that PKGP will
by acquiring Skynet.. "

They are in discussions....
