Bill, August puts are great on equities but too pricey on index puts.I guess those holiday forces are having their way today. You still have time to be right as we may pullback in the next few days...then the big run..but that would make your expiry theory more likely. :( Of course, as always, everything is subject to change! Bill, I wouldn't call the bull over yet. The world markets bounced off a very oversold condition on June 16th, with the headline "Japan recession threatens world markets" and we bounced off that on good volume and all the up days have been on above average volume. a/d line broke down trendline yesterday, new high, new lows improving Russell 2000 up again today and is now participating I believe we are consolidating around stiff resistence areas of S&P 1135 area, DOW 9000, and DAQ 1890 area before the next upmove. I think that will be the last up move and then it would be a good time for poooots. So far Yahoo has hit my target of 150, now headed toward my next target of 180 -g- If the Plonkster is out there I want to run this AMZN target of 131-2. Wave 1 began @44 ended @82 Wave 3 ended @104 Wave 4 ended @94 If Wave 1 = Wave 5 target = 132 If Wave 5 = .618 x 60 (Wave 1-3 move) = 37 + 94 = 131 bwdik, bb
