Gregg,

Are you hearing anything about suggested price range for SpinCO or is this very closely guarded (SEC) info? TIA........Dave

Gregg - since everyone seems to direct questions at you, I too will ask you one -- do the mechanics of a spin-off pretty much always imply a period of when (actually, "when and if") issued trading, prior to the first "real" day of trading?

I personally prefer it when there is a wi period, so one is not flying totally blind saying "buy me some at the market on the opening" on the first day of real trading.

Jon.

Gregg,

Tried to edit my dumbass question but was too late. Let me rephrase it. Does ratio 4:1imply mean that a SpinCO share will be worth 1/5 of a Q share at distribution?.The idea that SpinCO assets are undervalued must be one of the motivating factors here, therefore Q must feel that a SpinCo share will be worth more than 1/5 of a Q.
Seems that Mr. Market is also somewhat confused...Thanks again

Dave
