Actually prostitution is basically legal in most countries-- US is one major one where it is not.

'the only economic harm you see is the drug war'. How about comp. costs, lost work days, unemployment insurance, medical insurance, drug testing, and disability increases in relation to drug use. Would you say a financial cost is involved here?
As far as prostitution, my opinion basically remains the same for many of the same reasons. Many lifes ruined and spirits broken, It is going on everyday, but I dont see the need to endorse or condone it. If its legal, you go ahead and decide, Im still not going to endorse, condone, or support the behavior. Im fine with the law here as well. poet.
