Thats all the news I see. I dont think its the people who pushed it up. If you ask me its the MMs. They are the ones that jockey for premarket position--sometimes overdoing it. Splits have been brilliant moves for XCIT and ELNK so far. YHOO and AMZN would be foolish not to split here and now. Shorts should be a bit concerned seeing XCIT up $20+ since its announced split and now ELNK up about $9.

PS--I think NSCP is about to make a tremendous run for $40 over the next 60-90 days.

Do you mean to say that this stock is up 10+ points right now just because it announced a
stock split? Are people really that insane in their investment choices now? There has to
be something else going on, doesn't there?

That happened with XCIT too:-(

Damon, MSPG rose 15 points the day they announced a 3-1 split. 10 points on ELNK for a 2-1 is proportional at least. Makes sense, huh? Hey, if AMZN doubled after a 2-1, maybe they should do a 5-1 next. Split down to $20, then back to $100 in a month. After all, their per share losses would be one fifth of what they are now, so why shouldn't the stock trade at five times the current price?

where life is beautiful all the time.
They're coming to take me away,
Ha ha he he ho ho...
