Jim B, everyone seems to be dancing in the streets because of the low current number of shares. What has been this company's history related to dilution? I asked last weekend if anybody knew if there would be a one to one share exchange, nobody correctly answered me. Now I ask another question: Does anyone have the details for the $8MM debenture conversion? I know that sometimes preferred shares are also convertible to common. Reg S with Israel funding is notorious for floorless convertibles. What are the details? Ah, what's the point of asking this group any questions, they don't care about the answers, just greed, too bad.
