Scott, I have de-bookmarked the IPM thread. I still have 2000 shares of the stock but hope is all that is left at this point. The only hope that I have left is that they can JV a deal with someone who has an IQ in the triple digits and deep pockets. A viable solution is always possible but I have not seen anything that leads me to believe that these people are capable of much more than tieing their shoes in the morning. Maybe they wear loafers or little bunny slippers for all I know. The property is good so there is always hope. I just wish that hope had a swift kick in the butt to get it going.
