Just saw this myself; I was about to send it to you!

I suspect this is Lucent. The "no name" approach is frustrating. As is the lack of hard financial data in terms of the short term impact. But the overall transaction size and market category of the purchaser (in terms of other possible future deals for TREV in that same niche) are both promising.
