We had a Birthday Party last night for our good friend Tom Dietz.
It lived up to the "Tom Dietz" way of doing things as we polished off several bottles of wine, God knows how much beer and a portion of a really huge chocolate fudge cake. Anyone want some? There is plenty left.

Some of the attendees you all know:
Tom the "Tom Dietz thing" Master and Birthday Boy.
Gary the Cisco/Ascend terrorist and best friend to Stockman.
Gary's two adorable daughters.
Jan I am green eggs and ham the P&F junky and party administrator.
Linda who some of you may remember from the seminar and MY Godson Victor.
Donna who couldn't care less about P&F but we love her anyway.
Kathy and Bootsie who also couldn't care less about P&F but we love them too.
David and his wife Elizabeth (not sure of their P&F standing).
Sammie the P&F dog.

We did a gift exchange and one of Gary's daughters received a squirt gun. You would think such a gift dangerous in a childs hands but it was Tom and Gary who were the scary ones. They wrestled around in some sort of male bonding ritual either to get away from or to soak the other in streams of water. I think the water gun was a symbolic form of the "male pissing" territorial kind of thing that us women just don't understand. We give that an ERB.

I now have very interesting water pattern marks on my living room ceiling.

Tom did help clean up which was an event in itself.

Sammie hates balloons especially when they pop. She did like the steak that Tom cooked for her.

Everyone wish Tom Dietz a happy 35th birthday!
