Also:

I wonder if having your shares delivered makes it more difficult to sell in a hurry. The broker will state the shares ar in your possession, not in your account. Many have called and the brokers have stated shares do not have to be physically delivered. Also, I do not believe it is legal to issue warrants with the restrictions they are imposing.

Just my opinion.

This company just keeps reversing and printing more shares in 97 they had a 1 for 12/ now a 1 for 70. What next year? This company should be in jail.
