Eric,

No need to imagine....I have close to 115k.

There are others here who have more....and many more who have less.

Good questions....I think I know the answers to many of the questions......but much better answers would come from BANY Investor Relations.

One thing you need to remember, is that BANY only does the final assembly on their cases.....and I think one can be done in less than 1 minute. This is not rocket science.

BANY would be very foolish to hire workers directly for labor that can be done faster and cheaper by a subcontractor. If BANY needs to double a case order....I believe that it can be done with a 30 second phone call.....and additional assembly folks can be found at Job Service if needed for big rush orders. I think Dell could order 100,000 cases without throwing BANY into chaos.

The stock action is very disappointing....I must say.
It was nice to see a 40k buy this morning......but it would seem that the MMs are not seeing the upward momentum......or don't see the bigger picture....or whatever.

There may be too many day traders or momentum players hanging around. They never make money in this stock......The MMs anticipate their departure and shear them for a few pennies.

Oh well......perhaps over time and developments....more of the float will go into long accounts......and pressure will build for a higher valuation.

This financial/Reporting Company issue is perhaps a much bigger deal than even I believe it to be. I'm sure BANY is aware of how important it is to get this done in a timely fashion......Delay fosters doubt.......So let's kick the accountant in the butt......and get it done.
