DOW is the strongest of the of the indexes today followed by SPX. Seems as though RUT, NAZ, NDX and MSH are weak today.

The DOW 9070 was not reached as we backed off the 9020 area, they are probing this level again as I type. We may not be able to penetrate this level and close above it today.
