I just talked to Sabrina. 8-K should be out this week, has been in lawyers hands since Monday. The financials won't be ready till mid next week though. Guido is still in town. Says they have the funds to hire third party verification company. She feels confident Terry will have picked company within the 10 day period stated in article. Pat

They would have to buy back all the shares and then and only they can become private , and again it takes money... <projected profits per ounce or per ton?> Go and do some DD on their filings already,you will be answering your own questions.
