believe in what Paul teaches us in his many wonderful letters and believe t Why? What authority does Paul have? He never claimed that his words were from God? Does Paul carry more authority than Jesus? In his book, "The 100 Most Influential People in History," Michael Hart says that Paul is largely responsible for the major tennants of Christianity. In my mind, Jesus (Pbuh) carries more weight than Paul. And if you can't demonstrate through Jesus's (Pbuh) words that he claimed divinity nor demonstrate that belief in the trinity, or crucifixion is requried to be saved, then I see no reason to believe it. If Jesus (Pbuh) didn't say it, why should we believe it? Ray
