Ross Systems Announces New Process Manufacturing Agreements

ATLANTA, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading supplier of business software solutions for the client/server market, announced today a number of new agreements in the chemical, pharmaceutical and healthcare product markets. Boston Biomedica, Inc. licensed Ross' Renaissance CS(R) Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management System. Boston Biomedica is a provider of proprietary quality control products for use in vitro diagnostic test kits for the detection, analysis and monitoring of infectious diseases.

Illinois-based Morton Grove Pharmaceutical licensed Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System. Morton Grove Pharmaceutical is a midsize manufacturer of generic pharmaceuticals.

American Health Products licensed Ross' Renaissance CS Applications. American Health Products is located in Chicago and provides latex gloves to the food service and healthcare industries.

Specialty chemical manufacturer, Dennis Chemicals, licensed Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System. Dennis Chemicals is located in St. Louis, Missouri and manufactures plastisols, urethanes and primers.

Ungerer & Company licensed Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System. Ungerer is located in Lincoln Park, New Jersey and manufactures flavors and fragrances.

Diamond Products of Tampa Bay, Florida also licensed Ross' Renaissance CS ERP System. Diamond Products is a chemical manufacturer producing various cosmetic and healthcare products.

In addition, Ross Systems announced that Winners retail chain licensed Ross' Renaissance CS Human Resource System. Winners operates 76 stores across Canada.

Ross Systems also announced that it had expanded agreements with the Menninger Clinic in Topeka, Kansas, Connecticut-based helicopter manufacturer Kaman Aerospace Corporation, Holly Cross College in Massachusetts and Hollandia Dairy in San Marcos, California.
