Kman, you are probably correct. Many of those with a higher basis would have taken their tax loss last year to offset gains everywhere else. Would be reasonable to expect normal bouts of profit taking now and then, but not much "hey, I can finally get out whole" selling. I think we can pretty much forget about the first few months of its two year chart.

I still have my whole position from 12/96 too (bought at 11). And at this point I am very tempted to take a little profit right now. That would be much more of an emotional trade rather than one based on any investing principles; having survived the roller coaster ride of the past 1 1/2 years. I am considering holding out until the next earnings release and then taking some profits (sell on fact) if this baby continues on it's current trend.
