Thread, the Equus news release concerns distribution of shares so that individuals can decide what they wish to do with their shares. You all probably know that Equus has owned ATPX shares since the time that the Co. was spun off from Brunswick, and some of the Equus people want to cash in.

Due to insider trading regulations, the Equus folks are able to sell a small amount of shares each month until Nov. when they can sell all of their shares if they wish. Look for some kind of arrangement, such as a public offering to be announced before Nov. So far all of the insider/Equus selling has been met with arranged buys off the market.

Harvey told me yesterday that ATPX should receive word from Nasdaq next week. A Nasdaq national market listing should bring attention to this stock and provide more stable trading. Look for some news from ATPX to celebrate getting the Nasdaq listing.

Some good news, a Nasdaq listing, earnings are due soon and there's more. I am betting that we get at least one more analyst covering this stock before Sept. All in all, it's been an ackward ride, but it's all coming together very nicely.
