Christine: All who have gone to prison for tax related "crimes". All who have gone to prison for crimes of "morality" (prostitution, gambling, etc.), many who have gone to jail on drug charges. I'm sure there's more categories, but that's good enough for starters! I would have faced federal charges if that National health program had passed. When they sent me my card I was determined to cut it up and sent it back to the White House. Defacing or refusing the card was a federal offense -- as written into the bill that -- thank freedom -- did not pass. If they outlaw cigarettes I shall smoke with impugnity. FT
