Excuse my ignorance, but what's Israel funding? BTW, sold my shares this a.m. I'm convinced this co. is a scam but hope I'm wrong for those who are still long.

Visibility, Fair enough. Could you direct me to source of info on Isreali financing? I am not familiar with the historicals on Israeli financing--could you briefly elaborate or at least back your position. TIA. Kevin A

To All- Just got off the phone with RA. Gee, I hardly know where to start. Interesting conversation, and informative. No insider stuff. I just got some questions answered, so that I, personally, can make an intelligent decision--not one of misinformation. He told me that the decision wasn't made until about 2o'clock on the day the reverse was announced. Yes he did file with the SEC approximately a week or week and a half previous. But the decisions was not completely made until he watched the stock price and the shorters were still taking advantage of the company. Now, I know that, after seeing this dilution, it has invoked anger, stress, and even hope for some. Mr. A seemed, to me, to be very personable and sincere, and I stress sincere and quite obviously intelligent. There are approximately, as stated earlier, 1 million shares short--could be am much as 3 million. If you guys want to shoot yourself in the foot, then go ahead. I am posting this because of, I believe, some misinformation -not all, I said some. He mentioned to me briefly, that last night he was out to dinner and talks of another possible acquisition, which might be a nice sweet deal. He would not elaborate further. He said more information would be coming across in the near future. He mentioned that he had heard that someone had posted pictures on the internet. He said, if they want to drive by now we have a nice new sign on the door which also lists all of their subsidiaries. He emphasized that he has done what he thought was necessary for his company as well as the shareholders of the company. He explained that the short position has existed for quite some time and he realized that if he did not get rid of the short position, which took drastic measures, the shorts would have eliminated PKGP. They would have run it into the ground. Believe it or not, he did, I believe, show concern for shareholders. The bottom line, as I understood it, was saving his company. Hell, I can't knock him for that. I could go on but this is long enough already. PS He also said that he doesn't read the internet because, from what I understood, of all the negativity. From all this negativity I have read on the board, I had a pleasant conversation with a positive man. Strange! Something is not quite right. Check it out for yourself. I'm not hyping and I'm not banging. Before you make any hasty decision, or assessments of this company or RA, do yourself a favor. You owe it to yourself to check it out and get the whole story.
