We're not idiots. Sid was screwing us over behind closed doors. There's no way that anyone could have known what was going on and the normal protection of a quorum was gone. He was making decisions without the board of directors and the corporate attorney. I've beat myself up on this but it's pretty simple. Sid felt that the company was still his personal asset.

My opinion is that if Van Oliver can carry us over the hurdles, this company is going to be a super fantastic opportunity. We still have a long way to go, but time goes pretty fast and we should know pretty soon. BTW I'm not buying at this time.

We don't need Sid anymore. I heard a rumor that we're just negotiating with Ecopetrol direct. Many investors keep asking where the culprit is, but let's hope that he doesn't come back. He has 4 bodyguards that follow him around, as there is a chance that some IDIOT might try to collect a ransom.

Front page article in the Brownwood Bulletin...

"Trinity Gas shareholders file new plan: New management team awaiting
judge's OK; Sers working on Colombian wells"

THIS IS A LONG ARTICLE, SO I'LL JUST HIGHLIGHT: "Spencer also said that though the project has been
delayed by labor strikes and supply shortages to the rural Caucua Valley
region, Sers "still believes wholeheartedly in the project"

"We have attempted to communicate on numerous occasions on issues and
differences. (Sers has) been noncooperative," Hedke said.

Hedke said Trinity USA may have as many as 1,800 shareholders worldwide,
with nearly 94 million shares outstanding, most of which are currently
restricted from trading. Hedke said nearly 17 million shares of stock is
trading on the open market."

Accoding to the partial disclosure and reorganization plan filed in June,
new Trinity management will include several heavy hitters in the oil and
gas industry (the article goes on to list them)...

STOP
AS I SAID THE ARTICLE IS RATHER LONG/THE ARTICLE WOULD LEAVE SOMEONE TO BELIEVE THAT SID IS STILL DRILLING WHICH NO ONE CAN VERIFY. I WOULD DISCOUNT ANY CONCLUSION THAT MIGHT LEAN TOWARDS THE THOUGHT THAT SID IS STILL DRILLING.
